Shipping, delivery & returns

This policy covers synthetic turf and accessories bought from Turf Boss Construction through turfbossconstruction.com/products.html, a product page, or an invoice we send you. 1. Where we deliver and what it costs

We deliver from our yard at 600 Englishtown Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. Delivery is priced by road distance to your ZIP code and by pallet count. One pallet is one full roll (15 ft × 100 ft = 1,500 sq ft, roughly 705–945 lb depending on grade); cut lengths from several grades are combined onto as few pallets as they fit. The exact charge is shown before you pay.

Free delivery on orders over $5,000.00 of material within about 50 miles (zones A and B).
Free pickup at the yard, Monday–Saturday 7:00 am–7:00 pm, once we text you that the order is ready (usually 1–2 business days). Bring a vehicle rated for the roll weight; we load with a forklift.
Addresses over about 250 miles away, and anything outside NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, MD, MA, RI and northern VA, are quoted individually as LTL freight before payment.
Lead times are business days from payment. Large volume orders (over 4,500 sq ft) may need an extra 2–3 days for stock; we tell you before you pay.

2. Delivery day

We text or call the day before with a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be there to receive the load and sign.
Deliveries on our own truck are curbside or driveway drop with forklift off-load. LTL freight deliveries are curbside with a liftgate; a commercial address with a dock or forklift is cheaper and faster, so tell us if you have one.
The driver needs safe, level access. If the truck cannot get in (low wires, soft ground, no room to turn) and the order has to come back, a re-delivery charge equal to the original delivery applies.
Check the rolls before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and send photos to info@turfbossconstruction.com within 48 hours; we replace or credit damaged material at no charge.

3. Returns and cancellations

Cut-to-length turf is a custom product and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm your linear footage before you pay; we are happy to check your takeoff with you first.
Full, uncut 100 ft rolls in their original wrap may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. A 20% restocking fee applies and the buyer covers return transport (or brings the roll back to the yard).
Cancellations: full refund if you cancel before we cut or dispatch the order. After cutting, the order is treated as a custom product (above).
Wrong or defective material is replaced, or refunded in full including delivery, at your choice. Report it within 48 hours of receiving it and before installation.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned material.

4. Warranty

Landscape, pet and playground grades carry a 20-year manufacturer warranty against UV fading and loss of fiber or backing integrity; putting green grades carry 8 years. The warranty is pro-rated, covers material only, and requires installation over a properly compacted, draining base. It does not cover damage from improper installation, chemicals, fire, reflected heat from windows, or normal wear. Keep your receipt; claims go through us and we handle the manufacturer.

5. Payments and taxes

Online orders are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's page and never stored by us. Invoice customers may pay by ACH or check. New Jersey sales tax is charged on taxable sales delivered in New Jersey; resale certificates (ST-3) are accepted on invoiced orders — email it to us before ordering. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you paid is the price you get.
