Yes. Every grade on this page is sold material-only: pick the grade, enter the linear feet of 15 ft roll you need, and pay by card. Trade, pallet and volume discounts apply automatically. Installation is a separate service with its own written quote, and it is the only option that carries our workmanship warranty.
Anyone ordering 500 sq ft or more. Trade pricing is automatic and based on the size of the order, not on an account application: 500+ sq ft is 15% off list, 1,500+ sq ft is 25% off list, 4,500+ sq ft is 35% off list. Landscapers, general contractors, turf installers, property managers and homeowners doing a self-install all get the same tiers.
Every grade comes on 15 ft wide rolls. You order in linear feet of roll (minimum 20 linear ft = 300 sq ft per product) and we cut to your length; a full roll is 100 linear ft = 1,500 sq ft. Prices are quoted per square foot so different grades compare directly.
For households with dogs, choose a grade with a perforated, antimicrobial backing and fast drainage: K-92, K-91, Natural Blend 700 are the pet-rated grades on this page. They handle pet waste, stay cooler underfoot and rinse clean with a garden hose.
Putting greens need nylon turf, not landscape polyethylene, because nylon holds its shape under repeated ball impact and gives a consistent, true roll. Veteran Putt and Tropical Pro are the putting-green grades here, with Stimp speeds from 8 to 12 ft depending on infill. Delivery is priced by distance from our yard in Monroe Township, NJ: $95.00 within about 25 miles, $175.00 for 26–50 miles (all of NYC, North Jersey and Philadelphia), $295.00 for 51–100 miles and $475.00 LTL freight for 101–250 miles, each for the first pallet (one full roll). Turf cut to your length is a custom cut and cannot be returned. Full, uncut 100 ft rolls in their original wrap can be returned within 14 days with a 20% restocking fee.
