If you are buying material only, cut-to-length turf is usually ready for free pickup at the yard within 1–2 business days — we text you when it is. Lot coverage before you add pavers

New Jersey municipalities cap how much of a lot can be covered by hard surfaces, and the cap depends on the zoning district. Pavers count toward it. Artificial turf is treated differently from town to town: some NJ ordinances count it as fully impervious unless it sits on a specified stone base (Longport adopted that rule in 2025). Before you commit to a large patio-plus-turf design, confirm your district’s limit with Monroe Township’s zoning office; we will talk through the numbers with you at the site visit.
